Marshfield Fair 2026: Join the PCBA!

Every year, the PCBA participates in the Marshfield Fair, our club’s biggest outreach opportunity to educate the public and engage our members. The fair runs for 10 days each August, and we rely on your participation to make it a success!

How to Get Involved

PCBA members have many ways to participate and showcase their beekeeping passion:

• Compete for Prizes: Submit your honey, wax, and other bee-related products in a variety of categories.
• Sell Your Products: Members can sell their honey and other products that come directly from the hive (wax, honey, frame, cut comb, etc.) at the Bee Barn.
• Demonstrate and Educate: Help staff our demonstrations and educational displays to teach the public about the fascinating world of honey bees.
• Volunteer at the Bee Barn: We need volunteers to staff the honey sales table, candle rolling station, and screen house.

Key Dates for 2026: Fair August 21-30

Please mark your calendars for these important dates at the fair:

• August 15, 2026: Barn Cleaning from 8:30 a.m. to Noon or completion.
• August 19, 2026: Honey for sale intake from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
• August 20, 2026: Competition entry honey, wax, and educational displays intake from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (at the Fair Grandstand, NOT the Bee Barn).
• August 20, 2026: Final Setup from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• August 31, 2026: Entry Removal 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
